Contact Forms
When visitors submit Contact Forms on the site we collect the data shown in the contact form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
The data collected by contact forms is used by DMA Estate Agents to provide business services. The data is not used for marketing purposes (unless otherwise agreed to) and the data is not shared with third-parties.
Newsletter
If you have signed up for our newsletter you may receive emails from us. This includes but not limited to transactional emails and marketing emails.
We’ll only send emails which you have explicitly or implicitly (registration, product purchase etc.) signed up to.
On signup we collect your email address, your name, your current IP address and timestamp of signup, your IP address and timestamp when you have confirmed your subscription and the current web address were you sign up.
Once you get an email from us we track if you open the email in your email client, if you click a link in the email, your current IP address.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
